Adaptation guidance
Under Ireland’s National Adaptation Framework local authorities and specific government departments are required to prepare climate action/adaptation plans and strategies. These plans and strategies target priority areas of responsibility – outlining the impacts of climate change, assessing the risks and setting out a schedule of actions to take in the years following the report.
